During my time at Right Left Agency, I led the launch of a Facebook Group for Pink Dust Cosmetics, targeting women aged 40 to 65. It was designed to offer members a sense of belonging and VIP treatment. By integrating unique incentives like exclusive discount codes, makeup contests, product giveaways, and the chance to earn the title of Member of the Month, I successfully cultivated a space where members felt valued and engaged. I actively engaged the community with discussions on favorite products and ideas for new ones. In addition, I created a community response guide and social media playbook to help our team respond to comments and messages across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook daily. 
In just three months, the group's membership soared from zero to over 800, significantly boosting both new and returning customer sales and enhancing the brand's online reputation. We saw a surge in positive reviews across Facebook, Google, and the Pink Dust Cosmetics website. This initiative strengthened the brand's digital footprint and fostered a loyal customer base through meaningful engagement and exclusive rewards.
